- Ben ... feel guilty because of feeling stressed about getting to a free movie (used observe, just notice skills to feel less stressed) but then felt less stressed about getting to this call
- Shelley ... went to work today, it's not my day to work ... I was there because the computers completely failed due to a power outage so I couldn't finish my work yesterday ... felt angry because I wasn't picking blueberries with Sequoia ... canceled a meeting for tomorrow hoping to come home on time ... on call this weekend ... have a work/life balance problem that I need to work on
- Brandon ... have been getting my "basketball domination" exercise program together ... will take me months to get to the point where I dominate all comers ... bought new shoes, basketball, gym bag, training program, and planning to join the gym ... I'm excited
- Sequoia ... had a hard time tonight, but had a good day today ... was over-tired ... we had a battle of wills over tooth-brushing

Space Elevator Conference
- Brandon feels like he has his talk about 1/3 done
- Still wants to give the partial talk
- The talk has to be turned in by next Friday, the 29th
- Brandon needs a train ticket for Thursday the 11th
- Keith L offered to give Brandon a ride, but he doesn't go north until Saturday
Newsletter revisions
- For the book, just say "If you'd like a copy..."
- Skip the potluck
- "...we're joining a massive global event"
Daily Spiritual Practice
- Ben has tried to just sit and look at things and avoid having them trigger random chains of associative thought
- Brandon always closes his eyes, finds that helps him be more present ... listening to his breathing also helps
- Shelley focuses on a topic like loving-kindness, leading into the unfocused part, and often falls asleep
- Guided meditations?

Evaluation
- Brandon ... I like actually doing work during the calls :-)
- Shelley ... I wish we could see Ben (video window was covered)
