Seed Village

  • It's hard to live in your house while lifting it, due to cutting off electric, water etc.
    • Brandon is leaning away from this
  • Digging down adds less value and is much more expensive
  • Brandon likes:
    • Maybe buying a different house
      • For example, across the street
    • Renting the house next door
      • Have SolSeed rent it and share the cost of that plus the mortgage, and make money from subrenters?
      • Have Ben rent it and get subrenters on his own?
      • Contingency planning for if the owners kick us out?
