Something for Potential Members
- Option 1 is to cut down the book
- Option 2: Could have Ben's dad read the whole book
- Problem: book is unfinished, so might not contain enough values/vision/goals for him to understand, e.g. self-love, empathy, wisdom are missing.
- Option 3: Clarify the OnePagePlan to the point where it would make sense to an outsider
- Brandon and Shelley say the OnePagePlan is just for us
- Ben would like to spell things out more, even just for himself

Year Ending: 12/31/2012
- Place: We can point to a SolSeed village
- Resources: Yearly budget is $1 million
- Industry: We are making money from something core to launching life to another world, eventually another star system
- Questions:
- What discipline? (rocketry, power beaming, biotech, water filtration, server farms in space?)
- Can it support people with reasonable confidence?
- Win prizes, Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) grants etc?

Goals (1 Year)
Year ending: 12/31/2011
- Village: Start construction on a backyard cottage
- Outreach: Two more contributing members
- Media: Finish the two books and maintain SpaceWiki
- Spiritual practice: Maintain the spiritual practice (weekly service calls, in-person solstice and equinox events)
- Service: $10,000 or 200 hour contribution (or some combination) to a service project that brings life
- Industry: Apply for an SBIR grant related to launching life to another world (possibly a space catapult)
Newsletter
- SEDS contest ... getting students and alumni of Students for the Exploration and Development of Space to contribute to our SpaceWiki site ... the three SEDS chapters that contribute most will win cash prizes
- OnePagePlan report ... getting a lot done ... proud ... but not hitting our goals in the plan ... need more Members by Declaration to up their involvement to Contributing Members
- Longest Night Festival ... our core community and family, friends, and neighbors celebrated the Solstice with fire, food, and song
- Exploring Seed Village ... solar panels for main house didn't pan out ... meeting with an architect soon to create an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) plan
- January 15 Music Festival with singer-songwriter Lori Henriques -- guaranteed to engage both the heart and mind -- geared toward humans aged 0 to 99
